  • What's the cheapest storage unit you offer?

    Our smallest unit is a 5x5 (25 square feet), starting at $80/month — about the size of a closet, ideal for boxes, seasonal items, or a few pieces of small furniture.

  • Do you raise rates after I move in?

    Your rate is guaranteed for the first nine months. After that, rates may adjust with the market, and we'd give you written notice before any change.

  • What size storage unit do I need?

    A 5x5 holds a closet's worth of boxes. A 5x10 fits a studio apartment or motorcycle. A 10x10 fits a one-bedroom apartment. A 10x15 fits a two-bedroom home.   • Can I store a car or motorcycle?

    Yes. A 10x20 drive-up unit or larger comfortably fits most cars. Confirm with the office before move-in if your vehicle has unusual dimensions.

  • Do you have storage for small businesses?

  • Are there elevators at the facility?

    No. Every unit at Eastvale Storage is drive-up or ground-floor interior access. There are no elevators or stairs. You pull up to your unit, unload, and you're done.

  • Is parking easy on move-in day?

    Yes. The facility was designed with wide driveways and ample parking specifically so you can park close to your unit without blocking other tenants. No tight turns, no waiting for someone to move their truck.

  • Is the facility secure?

    Yes. Eastvale Storage features 24-hour video surveillance, gated entry with personal access codes, and a fully fenced perimeter. A manager lives on the property full-time for around-the-clock oversight.

  • Is there someone on-site at all times?

    Yes. A manager lives on the property 24/7. The office is staffed during business hours, and the resident manager is on-property outside those hours.

  • How do I rent a unit?

    You can rent online at storageeastvale.com or in person at 14555 Chandler Street. Online rentals take about 5 minutes; in-person rentals take about 15 minutes. Bring a valid government-issued ID either way.

  • What ID do you accept?

    A valid driver's license, passport, or state ID. We need to make a copy at move-in.

  • Do you offer month-to-month leases?

    Yes. All our leases are month-to-month — store with us for 30 days or 30 months, your choice.

  • What's NOT allowed in storage?

    Perishable food, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, combustibles, and liquids. Standard household and business items are all welcome.
